Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Plans & Credits
​

By subscribing to an EESystem Membership, you agree to the following terms based on your selected tier:

​

  • Monthly Member (£95/mo): Includes 2 x Two Hour Sessions per month.

  • Premium Member (£160/mo): Includes 4 x Two Hour Sessions per month and 1 x Free Guest Pass per month.

  • All-Access Member (£295/mo): Includes 10 x Flexible Credits (Sessions or Workshops) per month and 4 x Free Guest Passes per month.

 

Credit Usage: All monthly credits and guest passes are valid for the billing month only. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

2. Guest Policy

We love welcoming your friends and family to the EESystem Room. To maintain the integrity of our membership community, the following rules apply:

​

  • Same-Session Attendance: All guests (whether using a Free Guest Pass or a Member Discounted Seat) must attend the same session time as the member. Guest passes cannot be used for sessions the member is not attending.

  • Free Guest Passes: Premium and All-Access passes must be booked in advance by emailing [Your Email].

  • Member Discounts: Members receive a specific discount on additional seats for guests (£30 off for Monthly/Premium; £40 off for All-Access). These seats must also be for the same session the member is attending.

 
3. Booking & Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late Cancellations: If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a "no-show," the credit for that session will be forfeited.

  • Guest Cancellations: The 24-hour policy also applies to guest passes. Late cancellations will result in the loss of that guest credit/pass.

 
4. Member Discount Codes

  • Members will be issued a unique personal discount code for extra sessions or guest seats.

  • This code is for exclusive use by the member and must not be shared with non-members.

  • Abuse of the discount code may result in immediate membership termination.

 
5. Payments & Notice Period

  • Billing: Membership fees are debited monthly on a recurring basis from your chosen start date.

  • Notice Period: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 1 full month’s notice via email.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change membership prices with 30 days' notice.

 
6. General

We reserve the right to amend these terms or withdraw membership offers at our discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
