We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice in advance if you are unable to attend your session.

 

In the event you need to cancel within 2 hours of the session we will charge 50% of your booking cost.

 

If you do not show up for your session or contact us within 2 hours of your session, we will charge the full cost.

 

Please note that if you are late, you will only be able to use the facilities for the remaining time of your session.

 

As a small business, we have to schedule and arrange staff in advance, and costs will be incurred regardless of your attendance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
