Cancellation & Late Policy

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice in advance if you are unable to attend your session. We do not provide refunds after this time.

 

Please note that if you are late, you will only be able to use the facilities for the remaining time of your session.

 

As a small business, we have to schedule and arrange staff in advance, and costs will be incurred regardless of your attendance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
