The Energy Enhancement System and Red Light Therapy share some benefits for users, but red light therapy relies on different technology and the EESystem therapy has further reaching benefits. Both are non-invasive and drug-free, but their mechanisms and goals are different. Red light therapy is like targeted cellular stimulation. The Energy Enhancement System is more like deep energetic immersion.

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate cells, targeting the skin and tissues directly under the skin. The results are localised with benefits occurring only where the light is directly applied. It is generally used for skin rejuvenation, wound healing, inflammation, and muscle recovery. Sessions are typically 10–30 minutes.

In comparison to red light therapy, the Energy Enhancement System uses scalar wave fields and bio-photonics to create a whole-room energy field. It aims to support the entire body, mind and spirit at a cellular and energetic level. Reported benefits include better sleep, pain relief, emotional balance and improved immune function. Sessions are longer (2+ hours) and done in a meditative, restful state. So, EESystem therapy is a more holistic approach to energy medicine than red light therapy.

At Energy Wave Brighton the minimum energy healing session time is two hours. This is the minimum time needed to allow your body to fully relax, settle into the scalar wave therapy environment and begin to heal deeply. You can also book longer EESystem sessions, such as 4 to 6 hour blocks or an overnight 11 hour session, for a deeper restorative energy healing experience.

The session can be shared with up to 4 other people. There are 4 reclining chairs and a bed at the Energy Wave Brighton EESystem centre, so the room accommodates 5 people in total. The group setting is calm and quiet, so you're still able to relax fully. You can also book an energy healing session with 4 friends or book a private overnight session.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to attend the EESystem centre. Layers are ideal as your body temperature may shift during the session. We supply blankets for clients who choose to sit in the fully reclining seats and a duvet or blankets for clients who choose to lie on the bed. On cold days we also have several radiators to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Filtered water that has been charged with the EESystem energy waves is available throughout the session as are ear plugs, eye masks and tissues.

Energy Wave Brighton’s EESystem environment is designed for rest and stillness. Most people choose to sleep, meditate, or simply lie back and relax. Switching off helps your nervous system down regulate and allows the scalar waves to support and heal your body more effectively.

Yes, of course, you can quietly step out to use the nearby bathroom whenever needed. We ask that all movement is kept gentle and respectful, if there are other clients in the room, so as not to disturb their healing session.

The number of sessions required can vary depending on your personal goals and individual needs. Everyone's experience is unique, so the energy therapy results may be different from person to person.  Some people feel a noticeable benefit after just one or two sessions, while others experience deeper or more sustained improvements with a regular schedule. Consistency is key. Most of our clients with chronic conditions or specific wellness goals opt for regular visits, and we offer discount packages to support them. We recommend starting with a two hour healing session to see how your body responds. From there, you can decide how often you'd like to continue.

Most people experience deep relaxation and a sense of renewal during and after their Energy Enhancement System session. Some may notice a brief detox or emotional release in the hours or days after a session. This is normal as the body clears stagnant energy or toxins and regenerates.
