This is a unique introduction to Crystal Healing with Heart Chakra Activation, followed by time to rest, recharge and reset in the EESystems Room. You will learn: * How crystals support emotional and energetic healing * How to work with your Chakras – especially the Heart Chakra * The power of smoke cleansing to release what no longer serves you * How to use Rose Quartz in a guided meditation * The 3 hours will be split with approx 1 hour workshop then a powerful 2 hour rest and recharge in the EESystem. Ideal for: Anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves, feel lighter and learn something soul-nourishing
